Returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit or exchange ONLY on all items. No cash or credit refunds are issued for any returns. Procedure: Items to be returned must be mailed back to PLASTICA within 30 working days of initial order. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and in the condition sold (condition sold is new as defined by PLASTICA) and with a copy of customer's receipt. Item(s) must be in original, unused condition. Upon receiving and processing the returned item(s), PLASTICA will issue store credit to customer or send replacement item(s). Please be certain to return your purchase in original exterior box, well packed and insured for the full amount.
Important: Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact PLASTICA immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $20 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.
Shipping costs from PLASTICA will not be refunded or credited under any
circumstances. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the
customer, unless otherwise stated.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 7 days. Please call us immediately at (323) 655-1051 and we will process a claim and/or replacement. UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. PLASTICA MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
We are currently shipping to USA addresses only. All orders are shipped UPS
ground unless otherwise specified. In stock orders received Monday - Friday
are shipped within 48 hours. Orders needing express shipping quotes must be
placed by 12PM PST in order to process that same day. Certain items drop
shipped from manufacturer may have an earlier cutoff time. Please call us at
(323) 655-1051 (if possible) to be certain of a rush status and make a note
on your order form. We will quote shipping ASAP. Express shipments placed on
Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be quoted the following Monday.
Express packages do NOT ship out on Saturdays. Assume express shipping
delivery requests DO NOT include weekend days. For example, a 2-DAY delivery
leaving Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Please visit UPS.com for
official UPS shipping tables. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxs. Upon

"Delivery Time" is an estimate of time needed to receive your item if you
live in the continental United States. A delivery time of "Quick" usually
means that the item is in stock and can be ordered for faster delivery (2nd
day, or 3-day) if necessary. All delivery times are estimates for UPS ground
delivery. A 12-16 week delivery time usually means that the item must be
ordered (or is currently on order) from overseas and there are additional
factors that may cause delay with the shipment, such as factory delays and
customs clearance. These are usually built into the estimated delivery time.
International orders take longer to process due to required bank
authorization. All shipping charges are quoted before shipment of the
merchandise. PLASTICA requests approval from the customers before charges
are made to the credit card. All customs and duties are the responsibility
of the purchaser. Please check with your customs office for possible
charges. We ship international orders only by air due to tracking requirements and less
possibility of damage. Air charges are based on dimensional weight, rather
than physical weight, therefore all orders need to be ready for shipment
before a freight quote can be given. For international shipping, please

There is a 15% cancellation fee for drop shipments directly from the
manufacturer. This charge is effective once an order is processed and the
manufacturer is notified. The customer will be notified of stock status on
all direct shipments and no shipment will be backordered unless approval is
given by the customer. PLASTICA can not responsible for any delays,
shortages, or errors by the manufacturer, and we will do our best to see
that the customer receives the most reliable service possible.
• PLASTICA actively recycles shipping materials in an effort to reduce
waste produced by the company.
• PLASTICA does not offer gift wrapping services for online orders.

Procedure: Please call us at (323) 655-1051 to use your store credit. Please have your order and gift certificate # or return credit authorization # ready.
Sales Tax will be added to your order if we are shipping within California.
If PLASTICA is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply
with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.
PLASTICA does not sell or distribute any customer information, under any
circumstance, including those subscribed to our mailing list.
